Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum4+ years of hands-on experience in Frontend Software Development with expertise in building scalable enterprise web applications.
• Strong understanding ofData Structures, Algorithms, Problem Solving, UI Performance Optimization, and Software Engineering Principles.
• Strong hands-on experience withReact 17, 18 & 19, including Functional Components, Hooks, Component Design Patterns, Performance Optimization, and Modern React Architecture.
• Experience building modern React applications using:
  • SPA Architecture
  • Styled Components / CSS-in-JS
  • Responsive & Accessible UI Design
  • API Integration
  • SSR Concepts and Component-Driven Development
• Proven experience withMicro Frontend (MFE) architecture usingModule Federation and independent deployment models.
• Strong proficiency inTypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), Frontend Design Patterns, SOLID Principles, and Clean Code Practices.
• Hands-on experience withState Management frameworks such asRedux, Redux Saga, Zustand, and Context API.
• Strong knowledge ofUI Performance Optimization, including Lazy Loading, Code Splitting, Bundle Optimization, and Web Vitals.
• Experience withTest-Driven Development (TDD) and automation testing tools such asJest, Playwright, and React Testing Library.
• Proficiency with modernSDLC and DevOps tools:
  • Git / Bitbucket
  • NPM / Yarn / PNPM
  • Jenkins
  • SonarQube
  • Nexus
  • JIRA
• Experience with frontend deployment and hosting architectures, includingCDN, Cloudflare (preferred), Apache, Nginx, OCP/OpenShift deployments, and web package deployment strategies.

• Experience withObservability and Monitoring tools such asAppDynamics, ELK, or equivalent frontend monitoring solutions.
• Familiarity withAngularJS and migration of AngularJS applications to React is a strong advantage.
• Exposure toiOS/Android native or hybrid mobile applications (Native shell with react js) and troubleshooting across web and mobile platforms is a plus.
• Strong automation, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

• Ability to leverage AI tools for:
  • Code generation and refactoring
  • Unit test creation
  • API development and documentation
  • Code review assistance
  • Root cause analysis and troubleshooting
  • Performance optimization recommendations
• Understanding ofResponsible AI-assisted development practices, including:
  • Validating AI-generated code
  • Security and compliance reviews
  • Prompt engineering for software development
  • AI-assisted debugging and system analysis
  • Maintaining code quality, maintainability, and governance standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Banking, Payments, FinTech, or high-volume transaction systems.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and Cloud-native application development.
• Contributions to engineering productivity initiatives, developer platforms, or AI-driven development practices will be highly valued.
