Associate Accountant

The Associate Accountant will be responsible for various accounting functions in the FP&A group. Which includes but is not limited to month-end closing, uploading journal entries, assisting the team with entries and reporting. Review inventory adjustments and invoice registers.

Primary Responsibilities include but not limited:

• Inventory Register review to include negative margins on a weekly basis
• Inventory Adjustment review on a weekly basis for all companies
• Journal entry uploads into TitanWeb
• Compile and book journal entries
• Updates excel profit and loss workbook
• Assist the team with researching P&L expenses
• Assist with balance sheet reconciliation
• Assist with AP Clearing account reconciliation
• Assist with Audit for bank and general audit
• Package and PDF financials for all companies
• Ad-Hoc projects

Qualifications

Qualifications and Skills:

• Accounting degree required or equivalent
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook experience (VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables)

• Strong Problem-Solving skills and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented is a must
• Interpersonal communication skills
• Strong work ethic
• Attendance and punctuality are very important and must be available to work overtime if needed, especially during month-end close
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
