About DIG

The Data Intelligence Group is the Data & Analytics arm of TresVista. The department’s sole objective is to provide analytical solutions and support to the clients so that they can take data-driven decisions. Broadly, we provide comprehensive solutions across Data Engineering, Data Visualization, Automation, and AI/ML- based solutions.

Role Overview

An Implementation Engineer is a technical professional responsible for designing, configuring, deploying, and optimizing enterprise software systems. They bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. Lead design, deployment, and optimization of enterprise financial systems (ERP, fund accounting, payment platforms). Manage full implementation lifecycle from requirements to production support.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end implementation of financial platforms (SAP, Oracle, SS&C, Albridge, Salesforce)
• Design system architecture, data flows, and integration strategies
• Configure and customize systems per business and regulatory requirements
• Develop data migration and ETL pipelines using Informatica, Talend, or MuleSoft
• Perform functional, integration, and UAT testing with test case documentation
• Create technical documentation and train end-users
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations (SOX, AML/KYC, HIPAA)
• Provide post-implementation support and monitoring

Required Qualifications
• 4-8 years implementing financial systems in enterprise environments
• Hands-on expertise with either SAP, Oracle, SS&C, Albridge, or Salesforce
• Experience with fund/investment accounting systems
• Strong SQL and database design skills
• ETL tools and data integration experience
• Cloud platform knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Understanding of financial processes (GL, AP, AR, Fund Accounting)
• Project management and stakeholder communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or IT (or equivalent experience)

Integration & iPaaS: MuleSoft (by Salesforce), Dell Boomi (now Boomi), Workato, Oracle Integration Cloud
(OIC), NetSuite, Workday Integration Cloud, Informatica, Talend, Kafka, REST/SOAP APIs
Data Integration: Snowflake Data Integration, AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, Informatica, Talend
Databases: SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Snowflake
Cloud: AWS (Lambda, Glue, Redshift), Azure (Data Factory), GCP
Tools: Python, SQL, Git, Docker, Splunk, Tableau, Power BI
Testing: SonarQube, Selenium, UAT coordination

Preferred Qualifications
• SAP FICO, Oracle NetSuite, or PMP certification
• RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism) experience
• Financial services industry background
• Regulatory compliance implementation experience
