Ihre Rolle
- Unterstützung der Produktionsleitung in allen administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben
- Koordinierung von Terminen, Organisation von Besprechungen und Verwaltung von Wiedervorlagen
- Kommunikation mit internen und externen Schnittstellen
- Erstellen von Präsentationen und Statistiken
- Organisation Materialverwaltung und -bestellungen
- Verwaltung und Organisation von Schulungen für Mitarbeitende
- Organisation und Verwaltung des Onboarding Prozesses neuer Produktionsmitarbeitenden
- Mitarbeit bei organisatorischen Projekten
Ihr Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriekaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation in einem Produktionsunternehmen mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
- Fähigkeit zum selbständigen und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeiten
- sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office
- starke Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit
