Atividades
* Realizar atendimento ao cliente, auxiliando na utilização da ferramenta de gestão (Good Manager, Ifl ex) e esclarecimento de dúvidas operacionais.
*Treinamento de novos clientes;
*Análise, tratativa e direcionamento de demandas operacionais, visando a satisfação e cum‐primento de SLA’s.
Pré-requisitos indispensáveis
* Ensino Médio Completo (Desejável Superior em andamento);
*Conhecimento em Excel intermediário;
*Boa comunicação;
*Pró atividade;
*Experiência com atendimento ao cliente.
