Are you a certified Home Health Aide (HHA) looking for an opportunity to make a difference in a facility setting? Alvita Care is seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated HHAs to join our team for facility floor staffing assignments throughout Suffolk County.

As part of our facility staffing team, you'll help provide compassionate care and support to residents while working alongside facility staff.

Available Shifts

• Primary Shifts: Most available shifts are3 PM–11 PM, on weekdays and weekends.
• Employment Options: Full-time or part-time hours available.
• Per-Diem Positions: All positions are per diem, with scheduling based on facility staffing needs.

What We Offer

• Competitive Pay: $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience and assignment.
• Weekly Pay: Direct deposit or check.
• Early Wage Access: Through TapCheck.
• Paid Sick Leave: Up to 56 hours per year, based on eligibility and hours worked.
• 401(k) with Employer Match: Eligibility after one year and 1,000 hours worked.
• Medical Benefits: Eligibility after one year and 1,560 hours worked.
• Supportive Onboarding: A smooth and straightforward application process.

What You'll Need

• Valid New York State HHA certification.
• Current medical and vaccination records, or the ability to obtain them.
• Ability to complete the required drug screening or habituation form during onboarding.
• A compassionate attitude, reliability, and a commitment to quality resident care.
• Willingness to work in a facility setting and follow facility policies and procedures.
