Schedule + Availability
Monday–Friday with occasional weekend coverage. Early‑morning leadership required.
Typical Hours:
- Mon: 5:30 AM – 11:00 AM
- Tue: 4:30 AM – 10:30 AM
- Wed: 5:30 AM – 11:00 AM
- Thu: 4:30 AM – 10:30 AM
- Fri: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
What You’ll Do
- Drive membership sales + follow up with leads
- Create an energetic, welcoming studio vibe
- Support and influence the front desk + coaching team
- Keep daily operations running smoothly
- Deliver an exceptional member experience
- Step up as a decision-maker when needed
- Help the studio hit growth + performance goals
- Are outgoing, confident, and great with people
- Enjoy sales and know how to close
- Lead by example and motivate others
- Don’t mind calling/texting leads
- Stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment
- Are reliable with early openings + occasional weekends
