Assistant Store Manager INA KESS - Takashimaya in Singapore

INA KESS is a Swiss luxury womenswear brand combining precision tailoring, exceptional comfort and innovative performance fabrics.

We are looking for a hands-on, experiencedsales assistant/store manager’s assistant (60%–80%)for our approximately 30m² corner at Takashimaya, Ngee Ann City, as a part-time team member.

Your responsibilities 

• Offer personalised style advice and exceptional customer service in the shop, reflecting the INA KESS brand and its luxury positioning.
• Actively engage with customers, identify their needs and create a welcoming and memorable shopping experience.
  
• Boost your individual sales performance and contribute to achieving the branch’s sales targets and KPIs.
  
• Build strong customer relationships and maintain them through personalised follow-ups, appointments, WhatsApp and other clienteling tools.
  
• Expand existing customer relationships 
  
• Ensure flawless product presentation, appealing visual merchandising and compliance with INA KESS brand standards
  
• Support daily stock management, restocking, deliveries and stock accuracy
  
• Assist with day-to-day shop operations, reporting and administrative tasks as required
  
• Work closely with the Store Manager and the team to ensure smooth and efficient shop operations
  
• Represent INA KESS with a professional, confident and consistently service-oriented approach
  

Your profile

• Previous experience in luxury or premium fashion retail, ideally with a strong focus on personal sales and customer service
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer experiences and build long-term customer relationships
• Commercially minded, proactive and confident in approaching customers and developing sales opportunities
• Passion for fashion, styling and luxury retail, with a strong eye for detail and presentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with an international clientele
• Hands-on, reliable and organized, with the ability to work independently as well as as part of a small team
• Impeccable personal presentation and a strong understanding of luxury service standards
• Fluent English; Mandarin or another language relevant to Singapore’s international clientele is an advantage
• Available for retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and eligible to work in Singapore
