Assistant Service Manager Job Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily service department operations

• Support Service Advisors and technicians to ensure efficient workflow

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the repair process

• Address customer concerns and help resolve issues professionally and promptly

• Monitor repair order progress and ensure timely vehicle delivery

• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and workload distribution

• Maintain strong communication between customers, technicians, and management

• Previous automotive service department experience

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team

• Proficiency with dealership management and service system
