Assistant Service Manager | Ashton Glen | Centerville, OH

Ashton Glen is a 108-unit apartment community in Centerville, OH, and we're looking for an Assistant Service Manager who is ready to lead by example. You'll help the Service Manager keep our community safe, well maintained, and up to company standards by guiding the team through diagnosis, repairs, and make-ready.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base pay: $25.00 - $28.00 hourly
• $300 quarterly Morgan Essentials
• 50% rent discount

What We Need From You:

• Lead the team in diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliance, and exterior issues
• Build daily make-ready and work order schedules with the Service Manager and Property Manager
• Complete service requests within 24 hours and inspect finished work against Morgan standards
• Help manage maintenance inventory and look for cost-effective ways to order supplies
• Commit to a 24-hour on-call schedule, including snow and ice emergencies
• HVAC/EPA/CFC and/or CPO certification (preferred, not required)
• 2-4 years of related experience or training, or a one-year certificate from a technical school or college
• Valid driver's license
• Your own tools for on-site repairs
