Assistant Manager

You will assist in leading the process of 1) building a complete and competent team; 2) developing meaningful needs-based relationship with clients; and 3)delivering operational excellence to all clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Promoting and marketing the business and additional services to clients

  • Ensuring that we are keeping all of our promises to clients
  • Ensuring all services exceed client expectations
  • Maintaining the facility and equipment in working order

Starting Salary is $22.00/per hour

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Three years management experience
• A passion for service and love of dogs
• A high level of self-awareness and willingness to change
• A demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills
• The ability to plan at least three months in advance
• An ability to multi-task and High level of attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Internet savvy
