With anOTE of up to £45,000, including our fantasticuncapped commission, this is an opportunity to take your retail career to the next level while being part of a team that genuinely loves what we do.

What will you be doing?

You’ll be a key part of your store’s leadership team, working closely with the Store Manager to drive performance and get the very best from your team.

You’ll spend plenty of time on the shop floor, using yoursales expertise, product knowledge and passion for great customer service to help customers find the right products for their perfect night’s sleep.

You’ll also be a role model for your team – coaching, motivating and supporting our Sales Consultants to deliver an amazing customer experience and hit their goals.

No two days will be the same. You’ll be helping to:

• Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales and customer service targets

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from the moment they walk through the door

• Coach and develop Sales Consultants, helping them reach their potential

• Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store

• Maintain high visual and operational standards

• Get involved on the shop floor, including moving products and keeping the store looking its best

• Identify opportunities to improve performance and maximise sales

• Create a store environment that your team can be proud of

Your earning potential 💰

We know that great performance deserves great rewards.

Alongside yourcompetitive basic salary, you can earn up to £45,000 OTE, with ouruncapped commission structure meaning there’s no limit to what you can earn.

You'll also have the opportunity to benefit frommonthly store bonus payments when your store hits its targets.
