Assistant Manager

Company Summary: Maya Developers, owners of many well-established properties in the Florida market has partnered with Legacy Ventures Restaurants to manage multiple food and beverage outlets in the Crystal River, Florida market. We are looking for Assistant Managers. Position Summary: Responsible for the daily operations of the front of house, and provides professional leadership and direction to all personnel. The Assistant Manager will provide insight into the Company culture through established policies and procedures. This position is responsible for maintaining service quality while promoting consistency and excellence by using the established recipes, service standards and procedures. 

As Front of House Manager, you’ll be the face of our hospitality experience—leading service operations, developing your team, and ensuring every guest leaves with a lasting impression.

You will:

• Lead daily front-of-house operations across multiple concepts, including Main Dining Room, Bar, Tiki Bar, and Banquets
• Champion exceptional guest service standards and create memorable dining experiences
• Oversee floor operations, ensuring smooth service flow, proper staffing levels, and strong communication with the kitchen
• Train, mentor, and inspire a high-performing service team, including servers, hosts, and support staff
• Manage reservations, guest flow, and special events with professionalism and attention to detail
• Resolve guest concerns with confidence, empathy, and urgency
• Partner closely with culinary leadership to ensure seamless FOH/BOH collaboration
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and ambiance throughout all guest-facing areas
• Monitor and manage labor, scheduling, and operational efficiency
• Uphold company policies, service standards, and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Foster a positive, accountable, and team-driven culture

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a high-volume restaurant or multi-concept front-of-house leadership role
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest engagement skills
• Passion for hospitality, service excellence, and team development
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience withe POS and scheduling systems (Symphony, Toast, Micros, Aloha, or similar preferred)
• Knowledge of service standards, food & beverage operations, and guest relations
• Hands-on leadership style—you lead from the floor, not the office

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (majority of shift)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs as needed
