Assistant Manager

The assistant manager  position is intended to be a short to mid-term transitional role that provides both work assignment and training opportunities so that you may take on the role of developing into key personnel and develop into KEY management positions.

Candidate should have

• Good Communication skills
• The best customer service in the industry
• Be able to learn to obtain knowledge provided to them by NW Tire
• Willingness to learn and develop all job functions
• Have the desire to make things happen
• Some college or management experience.
• Opportunity to grow with our company in any of our 27 locations, ND, SD, MN.

Most jobs are rotating Saturdays, No Sundays.  Hours of operation may vary but are generally 7:30am – 5:30pm. Room for advancement.
