What You’ll Do. 

• Support day‑to‑day operations and help lead the team to deliver consistent, high‑quality service.
• Keep your team aligned and energized by clearlycommunicating Mister’s vision, priorities, and what’s most important each day.
• Coach and develop team members through hands‑on leadership, driving performance, accountability, and strong teamwork.
• Lead UWC execution by motivating the team, strengthening product knowledge, and driving membership growth.
• Contribute to financial performance and operational excellence by reinforcing expectations and supporting effective day‑to‑day execution.

Are You Eligible?

• In good standing with no active counseling reports. 
• At least90 days of Operations Lead experience at Mister (preferred). 
• Have completed Track II of the Operations Leadership Program (required).
