As an Assistant General Manager, you'll lead from the front, develop your team, drive operational excellence, and partner with the General Manager to deliver results. You'll help create a positive culture where great food, outstanding service, and teamwork come together every day.

What You'll Do

• Lead the Floor: Own your shifts, stay hands-on, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

• Build Great Teams: Support hiring, training, coaching, and developing team members and frontline managers.

• Drive Operations: Maintain Q39 standards for food quality, service, sanitation, safety, and daily execution.

• Deliver Results: Partner with the GM to manage restaurant financials, control costs, and drive profitability.

• Create a Great Culture: Foster teamwork, communicate openly, and build an environment where people want to work and guests want to return.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of management experience, including supervising other managers.

• Experience managing a full bar program in a full-service restaurant.

• Ability to understand and manage P&L responsibilities in partnership with the GM.

• Proven ability to coach leaders, develop talent, and build strong teams.

• Proficiency with Micros, Microsoft Excel, and hiring best practices.
