NorthStar Memorial Group is seeking anAssistant Funeral Home Manager at Mililani Memorial Park and Mortuary inWaipahu, Hawaii. This leadership role supports daily funeral home operations, guides a collaborative team, and strengthens community relationships. Responsibilities

• Actively build relationships in the community to educate and guide families in their at-need funeral decisions
• Develop and maintain community connections to establish a strong referral network
• Lead and develop a cooperative team environment that is respectful, communicative, accountable, and service-oriented
• Support daily operations and coach team members service directors, staff associates & dining reception attendants through service standards and workflow expectations

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management or leadership experience; funeral profession preferred but not required
• Experience supervising teams or managing office operations is highly valuable
• Excellent customer relations and a natural desire to help others
• Professional communication and effective leadership skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.

Compensation of$60,000/year
