Job Description Summary
Join our Global Occupier Services team and support the delivery of integrated Facilities Management services for a multinational corporate client site in Ho Chi Minh City. This role will support the day-to-day management of workplace and facilities operations, technical services, vendors, compliance, financial administration, and client requirements to ensure a safe, reliable, and high-performing workplace environment.
Job Description
About the Role:
- Overseeingday-to-day facilities and workplace operations, including planned and reactive maintenance, building services, workplace support, site readiness, and operational issues to maintain a safe, compliant, and well-functioning corporate environment.
- Coordinate and monitorvendors, contractors, and service providers, supporting supplier performance, service standards, work orders, quotations, procurement activities, and timely resolution of operational and maintenance requirements.
- Conduct regularsite inspections and facilities reviews, identifying maintenance, safety, compliance, and operational risks while coordinating corrective actions, incident response, emergency preparedness, and follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
- Support the site'sfinancial and administrative management, including purchase requests and orders, invoice and payment processes, OPEX/CAPEX tracking, budget monitoring, facilities documentation, asset and maintenance records, and regular operational and performance reporting.
- Build strong relationships withclient stakeholders, employees, building management, vendors, and internal teams, responding effectively to workplace requirements and supporting the establishment of service standards, processes, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives for the client operation.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, Property/Real Estate Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management, building operations, workplace operations, property management, or a comparable role, ideally within a multinational corporate, commercial office, or outsourced IFM environment.
- Good practical understanding offacilities operations, including MEP/building systems, preventive and corrective maintenance, vendor management, workplace services, safety and compliance, and facilities documentation.
- Strongstakeholder management, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on and accountable approach to managing vendors, operational issues, competing priorities, and client requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills inVietnamese and English, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to support budgets, procurement/P2P processes, operational reporting, and collaboration with local and regional stakeholders.
