Title:Assistant Director - Residential Services
Location:Stamford, CT (Onsite)
Employment Type:Full Time - Mon-Fri (3 Day Shifts & 2 Night Shifts)
Compensation:
Pay Range: $90,000-$95,000 Per Year
Description:
• This position involves managing the day-to-day operations of a residential services program in Stamford, CT.
• Responsibilities include supervising counselors, organizing treatment schedules, and handling client crises.
• The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, and a current license in CT.
Requirements:
• Current license from the state of CT (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LADC preferred)
• Minimum of three years of supervisory experience
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of accomplishments
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Experience in residential services preferred
• Proficient in generic technology tools
Qualifications:
• Licensed in CT (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LADC preferred)
• Three years of supervisory experience
• Proven leadership and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
