Assistant Director of Revenue Cycle Operations (84575)

The Assistant Director of Revenue Cycle Operations partners with the Director of Revenue Cycle to oversee and optimize end-to-end financial operations across hospital and professional settings. This leader drives performance across the entire revenue cycle continuum—including Patient Access (front-cycle), Health Information Management (HIM / mid-cycle), and Patient Financial Services (PFS / business-cycle). Responsibilities include streamlining workflows, reducing claim denials, enhancing cash flow, and ensuring regulatory compliance. In the absence of the Director, this role assumes full departmental leadership to maintain operational continuity and strategic momentum.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree 

Experience:Three years of work experience in a health care setting, including two years of management/director experience preferred.
