What you'll be doing

As the Assistant Category Manager for Fragrance & Premium Beauty, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the Christian Dior brand at Boots. Your focus will be on transforming data and insights into actionable commercial plans that support our ambition to make Dior the #1 Make Up Brand at Boots. Collaborating closely with the Dior team and various internal stakeholders, you will identify opportunities for incremental growth and champion innovative ideas that resonate across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Support the growth of the Christian Dior brand at Boots.
• Identify opportunities for incremental growth beyond day-to-day sales plans.
• Rebuild and improve finance processes to enhance performance.
• Develop a deep understanding of performance drivers using data and market intelligence.
• Shape strategic recommendations based on performance analysis.
• Translate insights into impactful commercial plans.
• Build strong relationships with the Dior team and internal stakeholders.
• Champion innovative ideas and drive them through the business.

What you'll need to have (our must-haves)

• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing multiple internal stakeholders.
• Ability to use data, insights, and market intelligence to spot opportunities.
• Commercial thinking and strategic mindset.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

It would be great if you also have

• Experience in beauty, fragrance, or premium brands.
• Ability to go beyond core sales plans to identify new opportunities.
• Skills in shaping innovative ideas and championing them across the business.
• Familiarity with finance processes related to category management.
