About the role
An exciting opportunity is available for an Asset Technical Support Coordinator to join our team in Bendigo. Reporting to theRegional Asset Manager, this role plays a key part in supporting the efficient delivery of maintenance activities across the North East Region through high quality planning, coordination, system administration, and reporting.
As the central point of technical and operational support, you will help drive workforce productivity and work quality by ensuring asset information, maintenance records, and system data are accurate, complete, and up to date. You'll work closely with operational teams to support planning, scheduling, execution, and completion of critical maintenance activities, while also providing valuable insights through data analysis, compliance reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Accountabilities include but are not limited to:
Coordinate and support the planning, scheduling, execution, and completion of daily network maintenance activities, ensuring work is delivered safely, accurately, and on time.
Manage the full lifecycle of work orders and provide system administration support through V/One, JD Edwards, and other business systems.
Lead and coordinate business-critical compliance activities, including inspections, safety initiatives, equipment calibration, emergency preparedness, and training record management.
Monitor, analyse, and report on maintenance performance, KPIs, asset condition, and operational trends to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
Prepare reports and data insights that assist with maintenance planning, asset renewals, risk management, and operational performance improvements.
Collaborate with planners, maintenance engineers, reliability teams, and operational stakeholders to ensure alignment of maintenance programs and regional priorities.
Maintain accurate asset, condition, configuration, and inspection data within V/One, ensuring information is complete, compliant, and readily available for operational use.
Manage regional inventory and materials, ensuring stock levels, usage, and records are maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Conduct data analysis and system reviews to identify opportunities for improved productivity, cost savings, compliance, and asset performance.
Provide local user support and champion best practice use of V/One and related systems, assisting teams with system processes, troubleshooting, and workflow improvements.
Support procurement activities, supplier quality management, risk reporting, and the delivery of shutdown and maintenance projects as required.
Travel throughout the region when required to support inventory management, operational activities, and business needs.
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
A current Victorian Full Drivers license is essential, as you will be required to travel occasionally
Experience in V/one, Maximo and or similar (desirable)
A background in system data planning and/or maintenance
Year in a similar role (desirable)
Relevant tertiary qualification in either Planning or Logistics (desirable)
This position will be paid in line with theV/Line Asset Management Enterprise Agreement 2023,Clerk C3.
