ABG Real Estate Management

We are looking for an Asset Manager to join ABG Real Estate Management in Oslo!

ABG Real Estate Management (previously Vika Asset Management) was established in 2021. The company is a subsidiary of ABG Project Finance and is managed by Jonas Jevanord. The company is responsible for monitoring property performance and maximizing property revenue in the ABG Project Finance portfolio.

We are seeking a motivated professional with at least 3–5 years of relevant experience from similar roles within real estate asset management.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with commercial understanding and attention to detail.

About the role

• Develop and execute asset strategies to drive rental growth and long-term value creation.

• Lead leasing activities, negotiate lease agreements and optimise tenant mix across commercial properties, with a particular focus on retail.

• Identify and lead property development projects, from concept development and feasibility studies through to delivery.

• Work closely with investors, tenants and advisers on the development and commercial management of the portfolio.

Candidate requirements

• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience and a proven track record of delivering strong results in commercial property development and leasing, preferably within retail.

• A well-established network within commercial real estate, particularly among retailers, combined with sound commercial judgement and strong negotiation skills.

• A degree in real estate, finance, economics or a related discipline.

• A proactive, independent approach, strong execution skills and excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English.
