Asset Management Specialist

4 Corner Resources is hiring an Asset Management Specialist to support the intake and inventory of IT equipment. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on, organized work and wants to build experience with laptops, printers, and other technology in a fast-moving environment.

Asset Management Specialist Responsibilities:

• Receive and unload shipments of laptops, printers, scanners, and related IT equipment
• Break down pallets, boxes, and packaging while keeping the workspace clean and organized
• Identify incoming equipment, apply asset labels, and place items in designated storage areas
• Track and manage an inventory of 500+ laptops and other devices
• Serve as the first point of contact for incoming assets, making sure items are handled and staged correctly
• Document inventory movement using asset tracking tools or systems
• Keep the work area tidy and ready for the next team member or shift
• Assist with technical handling of equipment, including basic troubleshooting and repair

Asset Management Specialist Qualifications:

• Experience in asset management or technical inventory control
• Experience working with laptops, printers, or other IT equipment
• Comfortable lifting, moving, and organizing boxes
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to follow labeling, tracking, and inventory procedures

Asset Management Specialist Details:

• Fully Onsite in Orlando, FL 
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30AM-3:30PM 
• Length: Long-term contract with potential for extension or conversion 
• Rate: $19-20/hr
