Assessment Analyst

Position Title: Assessment Analyst

Location: MacDill AFB, FL.

Clearance required: SECRET clearance minimum, with eligibility for TS/SCI

Scope of Work:Provides Assessment, Monitoring, and Evaluation services for CCPA, analyzing CENTCOM media and social media interactions to inform and refine communication strategies.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Conduct data analysis using statistical and qualitative methods to identify trends, strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. 
• Develop and implement assessment strategies, frameworks, and methodologies aligned with operational goals. 
• Use assessment tools such as surveys, questionnaires, and evaluation protocols to collect valid and reliable data. 
• Collaborate with program managers, decision makers, and DoW stakeholders to present findings and implement improvements. 
• Provide timely, actionable feedback to CENTCOM leadership to support process adjustments. 
• Provide real-time analytical support during crises or emergent events. 

Qualifications

• Secret clearance at time of award, with eligibility for TS/SCI 
• U.S. citizenship; fluent English 
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in assessment, data analysis, or a related field 
• Demonstrated expertise in assessment methodologies, data collection, and statistical analysis techniques 
• Familiarity with OSD Policy-issued AM&E guidance, templates, and frameworks 
• Proven ability to present data in clear, actionable formats with recommendations for improvement
