Pay Rate: $22.06/hour ($20.31 base + $1.75 shift differential)
Shift: 3rd Shift โ 11:00 PMโ7:30 AM
Hours: 40 hours per week

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Operator to support manufacturing and production operations in Taunton, MA.
This position is responsible for assembling, processing, inspecting, cleaning, and packaging manufactured products according to established work instructions, customer specifications, and quality standards.
The operator will work with various manufacturing equipment, including branding machines, post-cure ovens, spooling equipment, tube-rinsing equipment, and assembly tools.
The ideal candidate has previous manufacturing or assembly experience, strong attention to detail, basic math and measurement skills, and the ability to follow detailed production procedures.
This is a hands-on production position requiring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and workplace safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Assembly & Production

Assemble manufactured products according to work orders and customer specifications.

Perform detailed assembly operations while maintaining quality and production efficiency.

Assemble pump sets according to established specifications.
-
Follow product drawings, work order routings, and Bill of Materials (BOM) documentation.

Ensure assembled products meet required quality standards.
-
Minimize scrap and material waste during production.
-
Meet established production quantity and quality expectations.
Equipment Operation
-
Set up and operate branding equipment to brand coils according to specifications.
-
Load, unload, and program post-cure ovens using required processing cycles.
-
Operate spooling equipment according to production requirements.
-
Set up and operate tube-rinsing equipment.
-
Perform product cleaning and preparation activities.
-
Follow equipment operating procedures and safety guidelines.
Quality Inspection & Documentation
-
Inspect products to verify compliance with specifications.
-
Use measuring and inspection tools, including:
-
Rulers
-
Tappi charts
-
Go/No-Go gauges
-

Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and product specifications.
-
Maintain accurate production and quality records.
-
Complete required production paperwork.
-
Enter and report production information using designated systems.

Identify and report product defects or production issues.
Cleaning, Packaging & Safety
-
Clean and package finished products, including molded components.
-
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and established operating procedures.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
-
Use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
-
Follow all workplace safety guidelines and company policies.
-
Work safely with approved cleaning solutions, including isopropyl alcohol.

Perform additional production responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications

Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in English.

Ability to read and understand work orders and product specifications.

Basic mathematical and measuring skills.

Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Ability to perform repetitive assembly and production activities.

Ability to work with cleaning solutions, including isopropyl alcohol.

Ability to work the required overnight shift.
Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.

1โ3 years of manufacturing experience.

Previous assembly or production experience.

Experience operating manufacturing equipment.

Familiarity with GMP or regulated manufacturing environments.

Experience reading work orders, drawings, or product specifications.

Experience using measuring tools or inspection gauges.

Previous experience with product cleaning, packaging, or finishing.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
