Assembler

Role Summary: Construct, assemble, or rebuild equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine & EquipmentOperation:Operate basic equipment and machinery to carry out routine operational tasks.
• OperationsManagement: Execute daily tasks by adhering strictly to established operational processes.
• Equipment Maintenance &Repair: Assist in maintaining and repairing equipment and appliances through proper prep work and hands-on assistance.
• Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):Follow mandatory safety instructions to protect self, team members, and the surrounding environment.
• OperationalCompliance: Comply with mandatory procedures to ensure high quality standards and adherence to internal codes of conduct and external regulatory codes.
• InternalCommunications: Communicate clearly and courteously with team members and internal stakeholders.
• AdditionalDuties: Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Education & Experience: High School Diploma / GED and/or 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Verbal Communication: Clear and effective elementary verbal skills to express ideas and request actions.
• Planning & Organization: Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks with guidance to meet business objectives.
• Policy & Procedures: Guided understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and strategic goals.
• Health & Safety: Basic knowledge and application of safe systems of work.
• Equipment Utilization: Ability to work towards optimizing the use of production plant tools, equipment, and materials.
• CAD Skills: Basic proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD).
