At Anytime Fitness, our Sales Associates are responsible fordriving membership sales, booking fitness consultations, and contributing directly to the success of the gym. We arelocally owned and operated and operate with clear standards built onintegrity, accountability, and teamwork.
If you are uncomfortable with sales, performance goals, or accountability, this role will not be a fit.
This position is designed for individuals who want acareer path, not just a paycheck.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell gym memberships confidently and consistently
- Generate leads through in-club conversations, calls, texts, and follow-ups
- Book and schedule fitness consultations for personal trainers
- Hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity targets
- Deliver excellent member experience while driving results
- Follow systems, processes, and coaching from leadership
- Support team culture and contribute to gym performance
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Comfort with goals, numbers, and performance tracking
- Coachable mindset and openness to feedback
- High integrity and accountability
- Team-oriented with a competitive edge
- Sales experience preferred (gym, retail, phone, or service sales)
- Confident communicator who enjoys talking to people
- Reliable, ethical, and consistent
