Job Description:

Asistente de Prevención de Riesgos

Objetivo

Apoyar técnica y operativamente la implementación y seguimiento del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, contribuyendo a prevenir accidentes, enfermedades profesionales, incidentes y desviaciones normativas durante la ejecución del proyecto.

Principales funciones

• Realizar inspecciones preventivas y recorridos en terreno.
• Identificar peligros y apoyar la evaluación de riesgos.
• Verificar controles, permisos y documentación de trabajos críticos.
• Registrar hallazgos y realizar seguimiento de acciones correctivas.
• Mantener actualizados los registros e indicadores preventivos.
• Apoyar inducciones, charlas, campañas y simulacros.
• Colaborar en la recopilación de antecedentes de incidentes y accidentes.
• Controlar documentación preventiva de trabajadores, equipos, contratistas y subcontratistas.
• Elaborar reportes y respaldos fotográficos de cumplimiento.

Requisitos principales

• Título de Técnico de Nivel Superior en Prevención de Riesgos o formación equivalente.
• Registro o acreditación vigente ante la autoridad sanitaria, cuando corresponda.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar permanentemente en terreno.
• Excel y Word nivel intermedio, además de manejo de Outlook, Teams y plataformas documentales.
• Se recomienda al menosun año de experiencia en prevención de riesgos, seguridad ocupacional o apoyo preventivo en terreno. También pueden considerarse perfiles con menor experiencia que cuenten con prácticas robustas y certificaciones pertinentes.
