Hire Hangar is growing and we’re seeking a seasonedInternal Recruiter with proven success managinghigh-volume pipelines. This is an ideal role for someone with a staffing agency background who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to balance quality with speed.

You’ll be responsible for filling multiple roles across various departments, using a mix of sourcing, screening, and candidate relationship-building to keep pipelines strong and hiring on track.

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Runfull-cycle recruitment for multiple roles across departments

• Qualify, screen, and engage candidates in a fast-moving hiring environment

• Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the process

• Manage and track recruitment activity using anATS

• Collaborate with hiring managers to align on goals and improve hiring workflows

✅ What You Bring

• 2–3+ years of experience instaffing or high-volume recruiting

• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and fast-paced hiring

• Excellent communication, follow-up, and organization skills

• Familiarity with CRM/ATS systems and recruitment tech tools

• Availability to work in PST or EST time zones
