Internal Recruiter (Tech & High-Volume Staffing)

We’re hiring an experiencedInternal Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring efforts in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. If you have a background in staffing agencies, experience working with tech clients, and can confidently conduct technical interviews, this role offers the chance to make a real impact.

You’ll manage multiple roles at once, work closely with internal stakeholders and clients, and help refine our recruiting processes as we scale. Ideal for someone who thrives on speed, quality, and candidate experience.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer negotiation

• Manage multiple requisitions at once across technical and non-technical roles

• Conduct technical interviews to evaluate candidate skills and fit

• Partner with hiring managers and tech clients to align on requirements and expectations

• Provide excellent candidate engagement from first contact to onboarding

• Keep clean records using an ATS and other recruitment platforms

• Identify areas for process improvement to increase efficiency and quality

What You Bring

• 2–3+ years offull-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on staffing and volume hiring

• Hands-on experience withtechnical recruiting and interviewing

• Track record of success working withtech clients and complex role requirements

• Strong communication skills and acandidate-first mindset

• Tech-savvy and familiar withATS tools and sourcing platforms

• Must be able to work PST or EST hours at least part of the week
