Your new roleÂ
As our new Senior Consultant, you will engage in an exciting array of projects with fieldwork in contaminated sites, overview of remediations, reporting and subcontractor management. Ramboll has undertaken projects in Spain and Portugal since the 1990s and operates offices in Barcelona and Madrid since 2006. Your key responsibilities will be:Â
- Performance of subsurface investigations, groundwater monitoring, risk assessment and remediations.
- Subcontractor overview 
- Reporting and stakeholder management, keeping close ties to clients and understanding of their needsÂ
- Business Development, business strategy definition and proposal preparationÂ
- Specific business development in water stewardship, cost modelling of environmental liabilities, phase IIs, remediations, groundwater modelling, and circular economy projects.Â
- Support in digitalization services for selected clients.Â
- Project management, report writing and, if required, field work.Â
- Coaching junior staff.Â
About youÂ
- Proven experience in the field of Contaminated Sites Â
- Proven experience in business Development, strategy and proposal preparationÂ
- Fluent proficiency of Spanish, as well as English. Â
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences, engineering, geology, chemistry, biology or similar; Master’s degree is a plus.Â
- Knowledgeable of applicable local & European legislation.Â
- Strong health and safety background and behaviour-based safety.Â
- Familiar with AutoCAD/GIS and other standard software.Â
- Excellent written and communications skills.Â
