Senior Client Relationship Executive

Our client, a growing advisory firm based in Malta, is currently looking for aSenior Client Relationship Executive to join their team. This is a client-facing role suited to someone who is confident managing high-value client relationships, comfortable working independently, and able to take ownership of complex cases from start to finish.

This is an on-site role offering a salary of up to €45, depending on experience.

Please note that only candidates already based in Malta can be considered.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of High Net Worth clients, including direct and introducer-referred clients

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, introducers, and professional intermediaries

• Take ownership of complex and high-value cases, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience

• Coordinate client requirements including documentation, accommodation, transportation, biometrics, and other relocation-related arrangements

• Prepare and review client documentation and submissions with a high level of accuracy and minimal supervision

• Coordinate closely with Operations, Finance, Compliance, and other internal teams to ensure deadlines and client requirements are met

• Assist with the preparation and oversight of Letters of Engagement, agreements, and other administrative documentation

• Support and guide less experienced team members by sharing knowledge and best practices

Education, Skills & Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field is preferred

• Previous experience in client relationship management, administration, immigration, relocation, financial services, or professional services is considered an asset

• Experience working with High Net Worth clients or professional intermediaries is considered an asset

• Experience in a regulated or compliance-focused environment is considered an asset

• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple cases, priorities, and deadlines independently

• Professional, reliable, and proactive approach to work, with the ability to take ownership and exercise sound judgement
