Artificial Intelligence Engineer (AI Engineer)

Join our AI Engineering team to build and deploy AI applications, copilots, agentic workflows, and RAG-powered solutions for leading Investment & Wealth Management organizations.

What You'll Do

• Develop AI applications, intelligent agents, and workflow automation solutions
• Build RAG pipelines, vector database integrations, and knowledge retrieval systems
• Integrate LLMs, APIs, and cloud-native services
• Design prompts, agent workflows, and orchestration frameworks
• Develop dashboards, monitoring, and operational analytics
• Support customer implementations, testing, and AI solution deployment

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of software engineering or AI development experience
• Proven experience delivering AI/GenAI projects in production environments.
• Strong hands-on experience in Python, GenAI frameworks, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with RAG, Vector Databases, Agent Orchestration, and AI Evaluations.
• Knowledge of MLOps, data processing, and enterprise AI architectures.
• Exposure to Investment Management, Wealth Management, or Financial Services is highly desirable.
• Understanding of portfolio management, trade lifecycle, or fund accounting is a plus
