IT System & Infrastructure Associate Manager

• Work closely with IT managers to develop IT infrastructure strategies, lead the migration to new technologies, and address ongoing database, server, and network system operational needs in BINUS Online (BiOn).
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for network and data center administration and project management.
• Ensure all software and hardware products are compliant with IT infrastructure.
• Build and develop BI and Analytics practice solutions and methodologies.
• Update and manage BI system to ensure it provides organization with proper business report. 
• Analyze data processing modules and identify areas of enhancement and improvements. 
• Plan, coordinate and implement security measures to safeguard information in computer files against accidental or unauthorized damage, modification, or disclosure.
• Ensure and monitor all software and hardware products are compliance to IT Infrastructure standards and systems.
• Monitor all activities related to analysis of database, network, and server system operational and implement all data center plans.
• Manage vendor relationships with service providers and technology manufacturers.
• Develop ERP practice solutions and methodologies.
• Act as counselor and coach for ERP solution implementation.
• Update and manage ERP system to ensure it provides organization with proper business.
• Managing content on the BINUS Online website.
• Build relationships between IT and divisions in BINUS Online.
• Ensure IT Project development and implementation complies and aligns with organizational rules, regulations, policies, strategies and internal control mechanism

• Management Support Activities:
o Provide Report to direct Supervisor.
o Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost).
o Perform activities related to Quality Management System.
o Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor.
Education Requirement: • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Computer Studies (or related field)
Work Exposure/ Experience:

• Minimum 2 years working experience in supervisory level, or
• Minimum 6 years working experience in related area
Special Skills:

• Expert in website or mobile system 
• A high degree of adaptability to learn new technologies as needed
