WhereYou’ll Work:Â
Tuzigoot Village is an affordable senior housing community located in Cottonwood, Arizona, offering independent living options for seniors aged 62 and over. Managed by National Church Residences, the community provides 30 studios, and one-bedroom apartments designed to support a comfortable and active lifestyle. Each unit is equipped with essential amenities, including emergency call systems, central air conditioning, and access to transportation services.Â

WhatYou’ll Own:Â
Engage all residents in the building(s) toidentify areas of need and make referrals to community agencies when necessary.Â
Assist residents inacquiring andutilizing desired community services such as housekeeping, meals, transportation, personal services, financialassistance, day care counseling Â
Manage relationships, both internally andexternally, exercisingappropriate communication and interpersonal skills.Â
Build meaningful relationships with residents toidentify needs, conduct comprehensive assessments, and create individualized service plans that support aging in place.Â
Organize and promote engaging wellness, educational, and life-skills programs that address physical, emotional, and social well-being.Â
Maintain an up-to-date Resource Directory of community-based services,identify low-cost providers, and advocate for residents by negotiating discounts when possible.Â
Deliver compassionate, high-quality customer serviceby proactively addressing resident concerns and helping them navigate daily challenges.Â
Collaborate with property management and external partners to ensure residents have the support they need to remainsafe and successfully housed.Â
Â
HowYou’ll Stand Out:Â
Bachelor’s degree in socialwork, human services, or a related field (preferred).Â
2+ years of experience in social services, ideally working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, or in housing/community-based settings.Â
Strong knowledge of local resources and government programs such as Medicaid, Medicare, SNAP, transportation, and home health services.Â
Demonstrated ability to advocate, organize, problem-solve, and follow through to connect residents with the support they need.Â
Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills, with attention to detail in record keeping and service planning.Â
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and case management systems for documentation and reporting.Â
Compassionate and resident-centered, with a commitment to confidentiality and empowering independent living.Â
