Launch Project Manager

        Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:

• Lead the industrialization and launch of new manufacturing projects from concept to production.

• Coordinate production strategy, manufacturing readiness, and process implementation activities.

• Manage project timing, costs, and key launch milestones.

• Support line design workshops, process definition, and equipment sourcing activities.

• Monitor production readiness and ensure successful validation builds and run-at-rate activities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality.

• Review manufacturing concepts and drive continuous improvement throughout the launch process.

• Collect and analyze production KPI data to ensure project objectives are achieved

     If you have/are:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrialization, manufacturing project management, or launch management.

• Proven experience coordinating new product launches within a manufacturing environment.

• Experience working in multinational companies.

• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production equipment, and production validation activities.

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken (mandatory).

• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams
