We are seeking aGuest Relations Trainee for an immersive experience ofat least five months. Thestart date would be in June 2026.

As a Guest Relations Trainee, you'll play apivotal role in shaping our guests' overall experience.Here's what you'll be doing:

• Proactivelyengaging with guests, anticipating their needs, and resolving any issues with efficiency and courtesy.

• Occasionally assisting withcheck-in and check-out procedures, providingpersonalized assistance to each guest.

• Fostering meaningful conversations with our guests, forging lasting connections, and contributing to awarm and welcoming atmosphere.

• Supporting the reception team, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the hotel's operations.

Our ideal profile? Someone proficient inEnglish (a good knowledge ofFrench orDutch is a plus!), enrolled in ahospitality school or similar program, and most importantly, someone with aburning passion for customer service. If you identify with this description, don't hesitate to apply!
