Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on SAP Finance Functional Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of SAP Finance solutions that support critical business operations across a global organization.
 

In this role, you'll partner Finance, IT, and business stakeholders totranslatecomplexrequirementsintoscalableSAPsolutions,withaprimaryfocusonSAPFI/CO,ProjectSystems(PS),andrelatedbusinessprocesses.You'llplayakeyroleinSAPtransformationinitiatives,systemenhancements,andcontinuousimprovementeffortswhilehelpingshapethefutureSAProadmap.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• LeadsolutiondesignandarchitectureforSAPFinance(FI/CO),PS,andrelatedbusinessprocesses,withastrongunderstandingofintegrationacrossSAPmodulesincludingMM,PP,andSD.

• Partnerwithbusinessstakeholderstounderstandrequirementsandtranslatethemintoscalable,integratedSAPsolutionsalignedwithenterprisearchitecture.

• ProvidefunctionalleadershipforSAPimplementations,upgrades,enhancements,andtransformationinitiatives.

• Collaboratewithtechnicalarchitects,developers,andintegrationteamstodelivercohesiveend-to-endsolutionsandseamlessdataflowsacrossSAPandnon-SAPsystems.

• Developandmaintainsolutionarchitecturedocumentation,includingprocessflows,functionalspecifications,andconfigurationguidance.

• ProvideoversightforSAPconfiguration,customdevelopment,datamigration,andsolutionqualityacrossprojectdeliverables.

• Supporttesting,training,changemanagement,anduseradoptionactivitiestoensuresuccessfulsolutiondeployment.

• LeadfunctionaldesignreviewsandpromoteSAPstandards,bestpractices,andgovernanceacrosstheSAPlandscape.

• Providefunctionalleadershipandmentorshiptointernalteammembersandexternalconsultants.

• PartnerwithSAPleadershiptodefinefuture-statesolutionsandsupportbusinessgrowth,continuousimprovement,andstrategicSAPinitiatives.

Job Qualifications:

• 10+yearsofhands-onSAPfunctionalexperience,includingatleasttwofulllifecycleSAPimplementations.

• Bachelor'sdegreerequired.

• StrongexpertiseinSAPFinance(FI/CO),includingCostingandManagementAccountingdesign.

• ExperiencewithSAPECC,S/4HANA,andSAPFiori.

• Strongunderstandingofcross-functionalSAPprocessesandintegrationsacrossmodulessuchasMM,PP,SD,andPS.

• ExperienceleadingSAPprojects,enhancements,andbusinesstransformationinitiatives.

• UnderstandingofSAPintegrationtechnologiesincludingCPI,BTP,andrelatedSAPplatforms.

• Experienceworkingwithinmanufacturing,lifesciences,consumerproducts,orotherregulatedindustriespreferred.

• FamiliaritywithAgile,hybrid,orwaterfalldeliverymethodologies.

• Excellentcommunicationskillswiththeabilitytotranslatecomplextechnicalconceptsintobusinesssolutions.

• Strongprojectleadership,stakeholdermanagement,andproblem-solvingskills.
