Product Management Consultant

Role Overview: 

As a Product Management Senior Consultant, you will perform quality product management responsibilities inmore complex environment. 

Key RoleResponsibilities: 

• Product Backlog management (incl. making all the decisions on the priorities with a direction from theclient stakeholders and/or coaching andassisting the client, led by business value).  

• Performing conversations on business value and the backlog with the client stakeholders.  

• Supporting project planning and estimation.  

• Leading requirement refinement activities.

Key Role Skill & CapabilityRequirements: 

• Identifying risks, limitations, and potential project improvements.  

• Understanding general technical issues; understanding project technology specific issues.  

• Running team activities - estimation, backlog refinement.  

• Managing the product backlog - creating, refining, and splitting user stories, understanding items'relationship,prioritising under the stakeholders' guidance.  

• Operating ADO, JIRA, or another system fluently.  

• Implementing best practices and industry standards in the project.  

• Leading a stream of work.  

• Making decisions and recommendationsaffecting the entire project or a stream of work.  

• Demonstrating willingness to coaching and mentorship.  

• Initiating and guiding conversations with client stakeholders.  

• Communicating andjustifying the vision and its reasoning.  

• Understanding impact to the Product from influences outside the project or the stream of work (Industry, legislation, etc.) 

Preferred EducationBackground: 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred - Computer Science, Engineering, Management, Business, Information Technology)
