We’re looking for an Audit Methodology Senior Associate to join our Assurance team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with experienced professionals who are committed to solving important challenges and delivering meaningful outcomes for our clients and communities. As a Senior Associate within our Methodology function you will work as part of a team that supports the local onboarding and implementation of new standards, network guidance and methodologies, Global Assurance tools, technologies, and processes. This role will give you the opportunity to work with our support teams by driving the rollout and ongoing support of global assurance guidance, applications and related services.

This role will expand your network and puts you at the forefront of assisting our territory with onboarding global guidance and methodologies  and disseminating information and knowledge to the assurance practice. The role would report to a Methodology Senior Manager.

Your Mission

Your career with PwC is what you make it. As our new Audit Methodology Senior Associate, you will:

• Handle Methodology related inquiries and offer solutions to the engagement teams
• Assist in the roll out of global methodology guidance
• Prepare internal communication materials for the Assurance Practice
• Understand the needs and support engagement teams in onboarding new methodologies and tools
• Assist in conducting training and / or refresher sessions within the Assurance Practice 
• Support the Methodology team with reporting, including report preparation and KPIs monitoring
• Understand and adhere to relevant policies and procedures
• Contribute ideas and identify areas for improvements on a continuous basis

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds an ACCA, ACA or a recognised Accounting University Master's Degree OR in the final stages of ACCA/ACA
• Brings a unique perspective and values collaboration
• Is eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to a diverse team
• Demonstrates strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent use of Excel, Google Doc, Sheets and Slides skills;
• Has the ability to work with more senior stakeholders
• Has self starter skills and the ability to work under your own initiative
