BASIC PURPOSE:
Technical resource to manage travel agency and advisor data within reservation system and the Travel Advisor Center website (TAC) and ensure data accuracy and integrity. Support Global Sales team activities, systems, processes, requests, projects, and initiatives.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Global Sales reservation system maintenance. Manage daily requests to create new and update existing agency and advisor information in the reservation system and ensure accuracy. Travel agency roster updates. Identifying and merging duplicate travel agency and advisor profiles.
- Support Global Sales team data requests, system accessibility and functionality issues in reservation system, Sales Force, and Travel Advisor Center (TAC). Work with technical teams to resolve any system issues or questions.
- Development and maintenance of reporting, dashboards, and analytics needed by Sales Leadership team to manage the business, leveraging platforms including, but not limited to, Salesforce, Tableau and other internal and third-party reporting platforms.
- Act as the main point of contact for Trade and Consumer Sales team members for operational troubleshooting of reservations database, Salesforce and other internal systems and platforms, and lead the documentation processes, reports, and training.
- Establish timely audits across various categories to ensure data integrity, including the management of any necessary remediation roadmaps to various stakeholders across the organization (sales team, accounting, finance, database teams, etc.).
- Run, create, and QA standardized weekly and monthly reports for senior leadership. Create ad-hoc reports as needed in Tableau and Sales Force.
- Perform other job-related functions as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
EDUCATION:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Information Design, Management Information Systems, or a related field of study preferred; or any equivalent combination of relevant background, skills and experience.
EXPERIENCE:Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing, IT, business intelligence, or business analytics. Experience with Salesforce, NVS, and/or other CRM platforms highly preferred. Cruise industry is a plus.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:Strong analytical skills. Proficiency with NVS, Tableau, Salesforce, and similar CRM platforms. High proficiency with Excel required. Superior attention to detail. Ability to multi-task in a very fast-paced, demanding environment. Excellent follow up skills.
