Where You'll Make a DifferenceÂ
Coordinate end-to-endlogistics operations, including third-partylogistics (3PL) warehouse management, import customs clearance and local delivery.Â
Managelogistics for temperature-sensitive food products, including cold-chain and deep-freeze products, tomaintain required storage and transport conditions throughout the distribution process.Â
Processlogistics transactions in SAP and prepareaccurate customs-clearance documentation fortimely submission to brokers.Â
Monitor import customs declarations, resolve operationalissues and escalate risks promptly whenrequired.Â
Managelogistics key performance indicators (KPIs), serviceperformance and cost verification with third-partylogistics providers to support on-time delivery at the right cost.Â
Monitor warehouse and transport processes for efficiency, product integrity, traceability and compliance with applicable food-safety and quality requirements.Â
Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Planning, Finance,Quality and external service providers to ensure smoothlogistics execution.Â
Leadlogistics process and cost-optimizationprojects, and investigate customer complaints or temperature-excursion issues to implement effective corrective actions.Â
What Makes You the Right Fit Â
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain,Business ora related field.Â
Profound knowledge and experience in Logistics operation, over 5 years in logistics management and at least 5 years of import/export experience, local distribution, warehousing, etc
Hands-on and good communication skills with proactive working attitude.
Solid experience managingfood cold-chain and deep-freezelogistics, including temperature-controlled storage and transportation requirements.Â
Good communication and negotiation skill.
High accountability and good team spirit.
Logical and systemic thinking, project management skill.
How Would You Stand Out?Â
Experience in a multinational food, ingredients, health,biosciences or chemical environment.Â
Knowledge offood-safety orquality-management requirements relevant to cold-chain and frozen products.Â
A collaborative, detail-oriented and continuous-improvement mindset.Â
Experience in chemical industry MNC and SAP is preferred.
