Location: On-site in Austin, Tx.

What You will do:

• The Service Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the Service Department by serving asa central point of communication between customers, Service Advisors, management, and other dealership departments.
• This role helps improve department efficiency by managing customer communications, scheduling appointments, answering incoming calls, and completing administrative functions that allow Service Advisors to focus on serving customers. 

• Support the Service Department by ensuring customers receive prompt, professional service, appointments are scheduled efficiently, incoming calls are answeredin a timely manner, and Service Advisors are free to focus on customer interactions and repair recommendations. 

What a typical day can look like:

• Answer incoming service department calls, including advisor overflow calls. 

• Schedule and confirm service appointments. 

• Assist customers with general service inquiries and direct calls appropriately. 

• Provide administrative support to the Service Manager, Service Advisors, and technicians. 

• Maintainaccurate customer, vehicle, and repair order information. 

• Prepare andmaintain department records, reports, and documentation. 

• Process invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative paperwork. 

• Coordinate with Parts, Sales, Warranty, andAccounting departments as needed. 

• Assist with customer concerns and escalate issues whenappropriate. 

• Maintain an organized and professional office environment. 

• Perform other duties as assigned to support the Service Department.
