JOB DESCRIPTION

Purpose

TheProducePackerLightwillberesponsibleforre-packingofproduce orderstosmallpack sizes and ensure customer order requirements are met. This includes accurate weighing, grading and sorting of raw material, repetitive lifting of up to 15+ lbs, sorting and maintaining the overall cleanliness of workstations .

Shift Schedule - Wednesday - Thursday-Friday - 08:30 a.m. - 05:00 p.m.

Saturday - 07:30 a.m. - 04:00 p.m., Sunday - 09:30 a.m. - 06:00 p.m. Monday & Tuesday - OFF

Pay range:- $ 18.85/hr

Responsibilities

• Sort and grade products to ensure Food Safety requirements aremet.
• Accurate piece count of produce to meet customer orderrequirements.
• Safely load workstations with raw material to prep for re-pack.
• Repetitive lifting of raw material with weights of up to 15+lbs.
• Sanitize, wipe and clean workstations to maintain overall cleanliness ofarea.
• Maintain an organized and safe workenvironment.
• Complies with Sysco’s Food Safety Policy and procedures to ensure food safety, quality and legality requirements are met.
• Is willing to work safely with minimal environmental impact and understands the importance of reporting all hazards, incidents, and environmental spills immediately to their supervisor.
• Understands that they play an integral role in their own safety and that of their colleagues and is willing to speak out when hazards are present.
• Perform other duties asassigned.
