Position Summary:Botanica Landscape is seeking an experienced Landscape Production Manager to join our growing Maintenance Division.The Production Manageris responsible for overseeing and managing thedaily operation andproficiency of the field maintenance team throughlogistics planning, quality assurance, training, and continuous improvement efforts for high touch landscapes. 

Responsibilities:

• Weekly Service Management: Manage crew and weekly maintenance services for high touch landscapeproperties; following Botanica standards and processes.  

• Ticket Management:Develop a weekly production schedule within Aspirein accordance with the contracted services,submitted Picture Punch lists and seasonal horticultural calendar.Manage and schedule labor resources between teams as well as inter-divisionally for each ticketed service to maximize laborutilization and ensure on-time completion. Close ticketsaftercompleted. 

• Process Improvement:Plan, develop and implement new methods and procedures designed to improve production operations and minimize operating costs.Continually review available garden services andassist in the production of a comprehensive package geared towards high-end residential and commercial accounts.  

• Maintenance Expertise:Provide Foremen and Account Managersupport and consultation asrequired for assignedproperties.Provideproduction related direction, leadership and expertise to internal departments, other team members. 

• Fleet Management: Conduct inventories of available tools, equipment, and vehicles. Maintain fleet preventative maintenance schedules and coordinate services, including repairs as needed.  

• Supervision:Manage and lead themaintenanceproduction crews.Accurately reviews and submits crew timecards for weekly payroll.Conductsweekly one on ones,annual evaluations and authorizes internal promotions, discipline,discharge, or transferin accordance with Botanica policy.  

• Training:Train theforeman and crew on theBotanica quality standards for production,policies, and procedures.Conduct weekly safetytrainings. 

• Quality Assurance: Plan and implement on-site reviewswith the assigned landscape maintenanceforeman at least twice per month. Maintain Botanica quality standards for best practice maintenance services. 

• Financial Planning: Responsible forforecasting all equipment,tool,vehicle and other essential expenditures for seasonal planning.Assist with reviewing and proposing divisional budgets. 

• Operations Planning:Review and analyze reports, records, and directives to obtain datarequired formeeting budgets, hours, and efficiencies. 

Seasonal & Additional Responsibilities

• Assist with storm preparation and recovery efforts common

• Support special projects, facility improvements, or expansion initiatives.

• Participate in industry events, training, or continuing education opportunities.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in maintenance production, horticulture, agriculture, or related field

• Strong knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, fertilization, and pest management

• Proven leadership and team management experience

• Ability to work in outdoor conditions in Southwest Florida climate

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication skills

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
