Assistant Manager- Burger King

Job Description:

As an Assistant Manager at Burger King, you will support the General Manager in the daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient team performance, and adherence to brand standards.

Job Responsibilities:

* Assist in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, cash handling, inventory control, and facility maintenance.
* Supervise, train, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
* Ensure compliance with all Burger King operational procedures, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
* Support the General Manager in scheduling staff, managing labor costs, and achieving sales targets.
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
* Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
* Participate in opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and securing the premises.

Job Qualifications:

* Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the food service or retail industry.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems.
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
