Principales responsabilités

• Caractériser électriquement des circuits intégrés et des produits MEMS
• Concevoir, développer et qualifier des tests électriques et optiques
• Développer, améliorer et qualifier des testeurs MEMS en collaboration avec l’équipe de test
• Participer à la conception de nouveaux testeurs dédiés à certains produits
• Assurer le suivi en production des testeurs et analyser les lots problématiques
• Proposer et mettre en œuvre des améliorations de procédés et de méthodes de test
• Initier des actions correctives liées aux problèmes électriques ou de procédés
• Générer et maintenir la documentation requise pour la mise en production
• Collaborer avec des équipes interdisciplinaires pour résoudre des enjeux techniques
• Améliorer la performance, la robustesse et la fiabilité des équipements de test

Exigences et qualifications

• Diplôme universitaire en génie ou en sciences(requis)
• Connaissances en informatique de contrôle(requis)
• Connaissances en tests électriques de circuits intégrés et/ou MEMS(requis)
• Rigueur, esprit d’analyse et souci du détail(requis)
• Bonnes aptitudes en communication et en travail d’équipe(requis)
• Expérience en procédés MEMS ou en fabrication de semi‑conducteurs(atout)
• Membre de l’Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec(atout)
• Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en milieu industriel(atout)
• Niveau fonctionnel en anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit(requis)

AtTeledyne, testing is central to the performance and reliability of our MEMS technologies and integrated circuits. In Bromont, you will contribute directly to the development and optimization of electrical and optical tests within a high‑tech manufacturing environment. The Test Professional plays a key role bridging development, production, and continuous improvement activities. This position offers strong technical exposure and tangible opportunities to influence product quality and robustness.

Key Responsibilities

• Electrically characterize integrated circuits and MEMS products
• Design, develop, and qualify electrical and optical tests
• Develop, improve, and qualify MEMS test equipment in collaboration with the test team
• Participate in the design of new dedicated test systems
• Monitor test equipment in production and analyze problematic production lots
• Propose and implement process improvements and new test methodologies
• Initiate corrective actions related to electrical or process issues
• Generate and maintain documentation required for production release
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve technical challenges
• Improve test equipment performance, robustness, and measurement reliability

Qualifications and Skills

• University degree in Engineering or Science(required)
• Knowledge of control software and test automation(required)
• Knowledge of electrical testing for integrated circuits and/or MEMS(required)
• Strong analytical skills, rigor, and attention to detail(required)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams(required)
• Experience with MEMS processes or semiconductor manufacturing(asset)
• Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec(asset)
• Minimum of 3 years of industrial experience(asset)
• Functional proficiency in English, spoken and written(required)
