TheRoleÂ
AsDirectoron the Real Estate Strategy Team, you will work across functions in Real Estate to develop short-term and long-termstrategies that support Fidelity's businesses andachieve Real Estateobjectives.  This includes analysis and recommendations around multi-year capital investment, leasingand transaction decisions, portfolio optimization, and critical cross-portfolio initiatives.  You willlead a team andbe responsible for the planning process to build the 5-year capital investment plan through partnership with leaders across Real Estate and the business. Additionally, this high impact role willdrive executive level decision-making bydevelopingbusiness cases toframeoptionsandachievefundingapproval formulti-millioncapital investments. You will bringstructuredproblem-solving and storytellingability to the team and have a keen interest in how Fidelityoptimizes its physical footprint, supports the business, andimprovesthe onsite associate experience. Â

The Expertiseand Skills You Bring Â
8+ years of experience inmanagementconsulting,strategy and planning functions,business development,orrelated fields;bachelor’s degreerequired, MBA a plus Â
Proven ability to define and articulatestrategy, including using data and insights to tell compelling stories and inform executive decision-makingÂ
Ability to leadcomplex, cross-functionalinitiatives and exercise autonomyto organize and prioritize tasksÂ
Ability to develop logically structured presentations and narratives for executiveaudiencesÂ
Proven experiencedeveloping a team including coaching,counseling andcareer guidanceÂ
Proventrack record ofperformingdetailedanalyses andbuilding frameworks to organize information, break down problems, and frame opportunitiesÂ
Executive presence and confidence in communicationwith strong interpersonal and relationship building skills topartner effectively withstakeholdersat all levels of the organizationÂ
Comfort and success working in a fast-paced culture with high visibility and many concurrent prioritiesÂ
Ability to apply knowledge of Real Estate functions, properties, and processes to provideinsightinto complex strategic challengesÂ

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation. Â Â
