Quality Engineer

PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS/个人能力描述

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• More than 3 years experience in automotive industry with a minimum of 2 years quality assurance working experience
• Good knowledge in IATF16949, QC080000, VDA6.3, VDA6.5 etc.
• Master the system standard requirements of ISO9001, IATF16949, QC080000, ISO14001, ISO45001, etc.  Familiar with OEM special quality requirement, such as BIQS, Formel-Q, etc.  
• Be able to use the five tools APQP/PPAP/FMEA/MSA/SPC. 
• Skillfully uses quality tools such as 8D and 5Why to analyze and solve various quality problems.  
• Communicates and coordinates well and be able to organize work.  
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of use quality tools such as SPC, 8D, 5why etc.
• HSF knowledge is needed

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责

• Lead customer complaint handling
• Lead customer audit & follow up actions with operation team
• Customer communication
• Quality agreement review
• Participates in customer request review, identifies, evaluates and inputs quality risk to the project team
• Organizes the PFMEA, prepares the control plan and the corresponding inspection guidance document record. 
• Maintains the IMDS/CMDS database in the system. 
• Collects and audits the preconditions of each PPAP. 
• Completes the PPAP/ISIR package on time and accurately, and submit the package to the client in accordance with the PPAP submission plan. 
• Maintains information on the customer's website according to customer's request.
• Organize the product/process audit according to plan, responsible for customer PPAP audit and verifies the effectiveness of the improvement.  
• Combs, delivers, trains and effectiveness tracking for customer requirements
• Identifies, understands and applies the HSF and QC080000 requirements of applicable laws and regulations and customer requirements, communicates with the customer and relevant authorities on HSF conformance of products and services and develops documented information
• Performs other relevant tasks assigned by the line manager to achieve corporate objectives.
